My Workout Plan
Boy Oh Boy has it been awhile…
My new workout plan is to workout at least 4/week.
Monday is going to be Arms and Low Impact Cardio
Wednesday is going to be Legs and High Impact Cardio
Friday is going to be Abs and Cardio Circuit Workout
and then on either weekend day will be General/Full Body Workout and HIIT
In addition to this I am doing Yoga and BUTI Yoga (which I am going to devote a whole post to because it’s so amazing) If I do either on a MFW or weekend it will count as my workout for the day. However, if there’s a class on Tuesday and Thursday I may or may not use it as my workout for the next day. I probably will for BUTI Yoga, because it’s so intense, but depending on the yoga class I’ll use my best judgement.
I think this schedule will work well with my schedule right now. When that changes, I’ll revaluate, but I’m excited to really have a plan!
I can’t even remember the last time I posted on here. But, I’ve recently had a recommitment to my fitness and health goals and I wanted to document and share them with you all! As you may or might not know, I had a goal of getting to 21% body fat by my birthday. My birthday was over a week ago and I’m still pretty much in the same place I’ve been since I’ve started paying attention to my fitness/health. SO, my new goal is to get to 21% body fat by my boyfriend’s birthday (March 24). This girl wants to look like hot stuff for her man*.
I am “recommitting” so my numbers from my official recommitment day are my new “day 1”/starting numbers. I officially recommitted on Monday, so I have 35 (now 33) days to reach my goal of dropping just over 5% body fat.
Here are my new official starting numbers as of 2/17/14-
Weight: 129.8 lbs | BF %: 26.27%
Here’s my new plan:
- Workout 4/week
- Be more conscious about my food
I am going to go into specifics of the two parts of my new plan in separate blog posts, so you look forward to those! I’m really excited about this. I think this might really be the time something sticks. I am much more organized and have a much more solid plan. All the other times I’ve tried to do this it was more me just throwing shit at the wall and hoping something stuck.
Here’s to recommitment!
