Core Work for Beginners and Beach Babe Booty
It’s an abs and legs day today! I was a little pressed for time (and still am) so I chose two workouts I knew all of the exercises pretty well in so I didn’t have to spend a lot of time focusing on if I was doing it right or not.
It was a pretty good workout, but I hope to be able to spend more time on my workouts in the future. I just need to plan better.
Also, I just found out that yoga is going be start up again on Mondays! I am so, so, so excited to be in a yoga class. I want to master my skills a little and become more confident with the positions so I can start doing them by myself in the mornings or right before bed.
